Physician Visits

The Physician Visit service provides discounts on health care services at physicians' offices and hospitals. Member can save an average of 10% to 30% and more at over 285,000 providers throughout the country, including family physicians, specialists, facilities and hospitals. They also save on cosmetic surgery procedures, including skin resurfacing, acne scars, liposuction, and more. The program utilizes one of the largest PPO networks in the nation. This nationally recognized network "owns" their physician and hospital contracts so it cannot lose providers due to cancellation of a lease agreement.

Prescription Drugs

The neighborhood pharmacy program assures members the lowest prescription drugs, saving 10% to 60% on most prescriptions at over 48,000 national and regional pharmacy chains. Members simply presents their membership card to the pharmacist with the prescription. The pharmacist calculates the discount and the member pays the discounted price. No other forms required. No pharmacy program is complete unless it also includes a Mail Order program so members may optimize their savings by purchasing maintenance prescriptions in 30 to 90 day supplies to treat ongoing ailments.

Dental Care

Members save 15 percent* to 50 percent on everything from general dentistry and cleanings to fillings and x-rays to root canals, crowns, bridges and orthodontia at over 66,000 dental practice locations nationally with dentists that are credentialed and re-credentialed on an ongoing basis. *Anticipated national average dental charges for the 2005 calendar year based on the comparison of provider negotiated fees to national average charges. Actual costs and savings vary by provider and geographical area.

Vision Care

The Coast to Coast (CTC) Vision Plan has contracted with over 12,000 eyecare locations nationwide. Our provider network is the most comprehensive in the U.S. and includes ophthalmologists, optometrists, independent optical centers and national chains … including Pearle Vision, JC Penney Optical, Sears Optical, Target Optical, Lens Crafters, and Eye Masters. Savings of 20% to 60% on prescription eyewear … 10% to 20% on contact lenses (excluding disposables) … 10% to 30% on eye exams and surgical procedures (including PRK and LASIK surgery) at participating retail locations. Replacement contact lenses and non-prescription sunglasses are available through our convenient Mail Order service.

Hearing Care

Enjoy access to a variety of hearing programs, with names like Beltone and Hearing Planet, providing hearing aid and related supplies discounts in retail locations nationwide. Discounts of 15% off suggested retail prices for hearing aids and 20% to 60% discounts through the mail order program on over 80 makes and models of hearing aids. (Mail order program not available in TX, MO, and CO) Our National Ear Care Plan hearing network is comprised of over 3000 licensed dispensing audiologists.

The Legal benefit is provided by a nationwide discount legal referral service. It is the only legal network in America whose attorneys cap their hourly rate at $75.00. There are no limitations, no waiting periods, no claim forms, no licensing, no fee increases for usage, and no pre-existing condition exclusions.
Attorneys in our network have an average of 19.4 years of experience. Phones are answered from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday.

Financial

Financial Help Line, created by a Big 5 Accounting Firm, offers easy access to experienced, certified financial counselors who objectively respond to financial questions and concerns. Responses are received within one business day, usually within four hours, to save members time, money and effort. Members may also obtain valuable information through the website which contains financial planning tools and articles.
